The deli is situated in the centre of Val Claret, a short distance from the hotel, and is open to one and all. You will find a fine-food section with many home-made sweet and savoury specialities of the Maison Bouvier as well as high-quality products from our hand-picked local producers and craftsmen.

An unforgettable pâté croûte with home-made gherkins, fresh pasta, delicious Panoramic potato purée, Savoie specialities from the Table de Jeanne restaurant, but also a divine wild blueberry tart…always home-made with lots of love!

You can also discover our wine cellar offering a wide selection of wines, spirits and iconic accessories such as Jean-Loup Balitrand knives, recipe books, berets and even aprons.
