GENERAL

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Maestro.

Only the Panoramic self-service restaurant accepts holiday vouchers and luncheon vouchers.

We own a private covered car park for people staying at the hotel at a cost of 15€ (summer, autumn) and 25€ (winter) per night. Also, we provide parking spaces for people with reduced mobility, and two recharging stations (Power of 11KW).
For all our guests, a public car park, paying in winter, is located 100 meters from the Hotel.

Rooms must be vacated by 11am. If you require a late check out, please contact our reception team to see what can be done.

We accept pets in the Hotel with a supplement of 20€ per night and in our restaurants without any extra charge.

HOTEL

Your reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival. After the cancellation period or in case of no-show, your deposit will not be refunded.

Hotel Les Suites is open every day during the winter and summer seasons, from mid-October to early May and from late June to early September.

Spa Les Suites has a wellness area, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and gym room on the ground floor and several treatment and massage rooms in the basement. The SPA area is open to all, internal and external guests, subject to reservation.

Given the uncertainty of the current health situation, we would like to make our sales conditions more flexible, so that you can book your stay with peace of mind.
If new travel restrictions due to Covid-19 are put in place, deposits will be carried over to a future holiday or refunded.

URSUS

Cancellation without charge up to 24 hours before the reservation. Cancellation charged at €98 per person less than 24 hours before the reservation.

Winter season: Every evening from Monday to Saturday inclusive. Weekly closing on Sunday.
Summer season: Every evening from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. Weekly closing on Sunday and Monday.

The earlier the better, especially during holiday periods. However, it is always possible to join the waiting list.

Yes we can adapt the menus, please inform us while booking.

Elegant clothes are appreciated.

To fully enjoy the experience, it takes between 2 hours and a half and 4 hours depending on the choice of menus. We can adapt to the guests’ requirements if we are informed in advance.

The most important thing is to inform us as soon as possible. If you are late and arrive after 9pm, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to honour your reservation and a charge may be made.

Yes, children are welcome. We will provide suitable dishes for the youngest guests.

PANORAMIC

Cancellation without charge up to 6 hours before the reservation. Cancellation charged at 70€ per person less than 6 hours before the reservation.

Self-service / Bar : Every lunchtime from mid-October to early May and from late June to early September.
Snack bar : Every day between 8.30am and 4pm approximately – From mid-October to early May and from late June to early September.
Gastronomic restaurant : Every lunchtime between 12am and 2pm – From the end of November to the end of April and from the beginning of July to the end of August. Some special evenings are organised on Thursday, please see the calendar “Soirées Glacier”.
The opening of the Panoramic depends on the weather conditions and the opening of the funicular.

The restaurant is located at 3032 meters at the foot of the Grande-Motte Glacier. It is accessible by the various ski lifts and the Perce-Neige Funicular from Val Claret, also accessible to pedestrians. It takes about ten minutes, with departures every 15 or 30 minutes.
If you have a Tignes or Tignes-Val d’Isère ski pass, the funicular ride is included.
If not, you will need a pedestrian pass which you can buy directly at the funicular ticket office or at our Hotel.

You can reserve a table for up to 12 people. For larger groups, please contact us directly by email at or by telephone on +33 (0)4 79 06 47 21. A unique group menu will then be proposed to you.

Yes, children are accepted and the à la carte dishes will be offered to them.

TABLE DE JEANNE

No charge for cancellations up to 3 hours before the reservation. Cancellation charged at 40€ per person less than 3 hours before the reservation.

The restaurant is open every evening except Mondays during the winter, except during school holidays, and summer seasons, from mid-October to the end of April and from the end of June to the beginning of September.

La Table de Jeanne does not have an outdoor area.

WHITNEY BAR

The Whitney Bar offers homemade pastries in the afternoon from 3pm.

The Whitney Bar is open every day between 3pm and midnight during the summer season and between 12am and 2am during the winter season.

The Whitney Bar is open to both, internal and external guests.
